Shipping Carriers

We primarily use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) for our shipping services. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times may vary based on your location, the shipping method chosen, and the items in your order.

Processing Time

Orders typically require 2 business days for processing before they are shipped. Please note that custom orders may have longer processing times, and you will be notified of the estimated processing time during the order placement process.

Shipping Options

During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred shipping method. Available options may include in-store pickup, standard shipping, expedited shipping, and overnight shipping, where applicable.

In Store Pick Up

Orders requesting in-store pickup will be notified by email when the item is ready at the location specified. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders requesting in-store pickup need to be picked up within 10 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Shipping Fees 

Shipping fees are calculated based on the selected shipping method, order value, and shipping destination. You can review the shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

Tracking Information 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status and location of your package.

Return Policy

 

General Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your non-custom order, you may return unused products within 10 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Ensure the item is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.

Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

Custom Orders

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for custom orders. Custom orders are specifically tailored to your preferences, making them unique and unable to be resold. Please review your custom order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
